Workshops

Start Workshop - Business Hackathon
We believe in the power of doing. Therefore, the program starts with a workshop where we introduce teams to our tools and they get to work with them immediately. At the end, teams will leave with a growth plan on how to scale their business, adapt their product to customer needs, enter a new market, or whatever their goal is. The growth plan contains tasks they will complete during growth meetings and in their spare time.

End Workshop - Offboarding Party
At the end of the program, teams will review their progress and give feedback to peer teams. This helps them understand how others have progressed and what has worked for them. Gaining insights from other industries and types of businesses is essential when building your own. Students will also fill out a survey where they evaluate their own efforts, the program, the business impact and what they've improved.

Growth Meetings

Growth meetings are weekly sessions where teams can work on several different things: work on the growth plan using our tools, discuss challenges and opportunities with each other, receive feedback from coaches, or execute the tasks they created in their growth plan. These tasks can be to create a new marketing campaign or content, start a customer focus group or build their new sales outreach process. Tasks that progress their business idea!

The main purpose of the Growth Meetings is that the teams do something. Often, entrepreneurs plan and talk. We ensure they take action!

Scaling Tools

The Scaling School has several tools. In this program, your startup teams work with a tool called Customer Segmentation.
‍
This tool helps them map and prioritise between possible customers, how to market, sell and develop products fitted to their value-creating customers. The tool includes templates, examples cases and a guide. When using the tool, teams end up with key actions they need to do in the short-term in order to progress their business.

The tool is self-guiding and teams work with them independently. However, our coaches are there to help with both tool usage and to give growth plan feedback.
