You create your own 3-6 month growth plan using the Scaleup in a Box toolkit, together with your team, collaborator or if you come alone by yourself, with plenty of opportunities for feedback.
The training takes place online but remains hands-on and interactive. Each team gets a breakout room to work together – or, if you're a solo entrepreneur, you can team up with others to stay accountable and exchange ideas.
The program combines self-reflection, teamwork, input from others, and expert support. You’ll collaborate in breakout rooms, while Scaling School trainers guide and assist you in the main session.
The Scaling School trainers provide feedback during sessions and can also leave notes outside of sessions if requested. Clear questions help us give you helpful feedback.
The Kickstart program is designed for businesses with an active product or service, whether you’re launching, adapting, or expanding into new markets.
For any business that is ready to dive deeper into strategy to gain focus, with expert support every step of the way. Whether you’re figuring out your path to growth, refining your current approach, or exploring new market opportunities, this program is for you. Over four weeks, you’ll create a clear plan with practical tools and connect with like-minded people facing similar challenges and opportunities.

The program runs over 4 weeks and includes five sessions, totalling 10 hours. It begins with a Meet & Greet and concludes with a Progress Check, where you’ll present your growth plan and outline key next steps for the next 3–6 months. Note: You can choose to reflect and work between sessions, but that’s up to you.
Apart from you, we recommend bringing someone who can add value, whether a colleague, partner, co-founder, advisor, investor, coach, or client. If you don’t have anyone to bring, no problem! You can still join solo and benefit from the group’s support.
