Growth Program Stockholm is a focused program for entrepreneurial companies in Stockholm that already have an established business idea and clear room to grow. It is run by The Scaling School in collaboration with Stockholm Business Region, as part of the city's work on business development and local vitality.
How the program runs
- Meet & Greet, onsite, 5 October: check-in and a demo of our tools
- Business Hackathon, online, 6 October: the Customer Segmentation method applied to your own company
- Work Sessions #1 and #2, online, 8 and 15 October: two hours each on the growth plan and key actions
- Progress Check, online, 22 October: each company presents its progress and gets feedback in small groups
- Progress Club, onsite, 12 November: a working session on the most important tasks
What participants take away
- A concrete, practical growth plan for 3 to 6 months
- Clarity on which customers to focus on and how to reach them
- Digital tools and support from our growth specialists
- Exchange with other entrepreneurs in the region
