Workshop for municipalities in Kista

An interactive workshop where municipalities got to know concrete, proven ways of working, developed together with more than 700 companies, to strengthen small companies' ability to grow in a more structured and scalable way.

Today many business support efforts reach a limited number of companies. With the same budget, new ways of working can make it possible to reach far more of them.

Participants worked with tools and shared exercises that support clearer focus, better prioritisation and more effective business development, in ways companies can keep using after the program ends.
