Every tool has a template to fill in and a guide to go with it. Think of the "guide" as a instruction manual for using the tools. If you want to redo the workshops outside of a The Scaling School workshop we would advise you separated into to sessions. Session 1, where you fill in your "prepare" and "brainstorm" and Session 2 where you fill in your planner och key actions.
