If you want to redo the workshops outside of a The Scaling School workshop we would advise you separated into to sessions. Session 1, where you fill in your "prepare" and "brainstorm" and Session 2 where you fill in your planner och key actions.
Miro is an "online workboard" that allows you to collaborate and document your findings and insights online together with your team.

We get it, not everyone has teammates to work with. BUT it's always good to have someone to talk to and it's hard, if not impossible to brainstorm alone. Therefore we strongly recommend you to collaborate or invite a friend or someone else in the program to get a clarified view.
